End User License Agreement

70D Tech App — 70D TECH Pvt Ltd

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING 70D Tech App. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. Grant of License

70D TECH Pvt Ltd (“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use 70D Tech App (“Software”) solely for your internal business operations. Each licensed installation requires a separate license unless a multi-seat license has been purchased.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Software or any portion thereof to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
Use the Software to provide services to third parties without prior written consent from 70D TECH Pvt Ltd.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software is licensed, not sold. 70D TECH Pvt Ltd is authorized to grant you the license set out in Section 1 and holds all rights necessary to do so under this Agreement. All intellectual property rights in and to the Software are protected by applicable law. You acquire no ownership interest in the Software under this Agreement, and nothing herein transfers any such rights to you.

4. Data and Privacy

The Software processes employee time and attendance data locally on your server. 70D TECH Pvt Ltd does not collect or transmit your data to external servers unless you explicitly configure cloud-connected features. You are responsible for securing your installation and the data it processes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Support and Updates

Technical support is available at https://70d.tech/support. Software updates, if provided, are subject to the terms of this Agreement. 70D TECH Pvt Ltd may charge separately for support and maintenance services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 70D TECH Pvt Ltd DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL 70D TECH Pvt Ltd BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF 70D TECH Pvt Ltd HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 70D TECH Pvt Ltd’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. 70D TECH Pvt Ltd may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 70D TECH Pvt Ltd concerning the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
