This Privacy Policy describes how 70D TECH Pvt Ltd collects, uses, and protects information when you use 70D Tech App (“the Software”). By using the Software, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

a) Employee Data
The Software processes employee records including names, employee numbers, contact details,
attendance records, leave applications, and payroll information. This data is provided by
your organisation and processed on your behalf.
b) Authentication Data
The Software stores login credentials (email address and hashed password) and session
information necessary for secure access.
c) Biometric Data (if enabled)
If your organisation enables biometric attendance features, face templates and fingerprint
templates are stored locally on your server and on authorised time-attendance devices.
Biometric data is never transmitted to 70D TECH Pvt Ltd or any third party.
d) Usage and Audit Data
The Software maintains an activity log of security-relevant actions (logins, permission
changes, data edits) for audit and compliance purposes. This data is stored locally on
your server.
2. How We Use Your Information
All data processed by the Software is used exclusively to provide the time-attendance management features of 70D Tech App. 70D TECH Pvt Ltd does not:
- Access your installation remotely unless you request support and grant access.
- Sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
- Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored locally on the server where 70D Tech App is installed. You are solely responsible for the security of that server and the data stored on it. 70D TECH Pvt Ltd recommends restricting server access to authorised personnel, enabling HTTPS for all web access, maintaining regular encrypted backups, and keeping the Software updated to receive security patches.
4. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as your organisation requires it. The Software does not impose automatic deletion. Your administrators are responsible for defining and enforcing your organisation’s data retention policy.
5. Your Rights
Employees whose data is processed by the Software have the right to access their own records through the self-service portal, request corrections to inaccurate personal data, and request deletion of their data subject to legal and contractual obligations. To exercise these rights, contact your organisation’s 70D Tech App administrator.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
The Software uses browser session cookies strictly for authentication and user-interface state. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
7. Changes to This Policy
70D TECH Pvt Ltd may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be presented to users within the application and require fresh acceptance before continued use.
